Good coffee, good service. Clean space. Here are some more filler words to meet the 85 character requirement to post a review.

Met a friend here to catch up. Cute place. Dog friendly. Great chai and coffee. Lots of delectable pastries. Would come back again.

Delicious coffee. Nice place. Tasty treats. Near the Burke Gilman, so enjoyed a nice walk and then coffee and a treat.

Absolutely love this place! Fabulous help, great energy, a wonderful variety of drinks and treats. A fun, uplifting place for a relaxing break, share your smiles . Their apple cake is one of my favorites. Plus great memories of glass milk jugs at the drive through.

Finally timing was right to visit. Finding a GOOD place to sit down, have a treat & coffee is not easy. So many drive throughs! They had my favorite...molasses cookie which was spiced perfectly. Had an iced American w/ 1/2 . Knocked off a star for the worst (!) seats ever....cold, hard steel...not conducive for a relaxing coffee break. Cured that by bringing my own pad for the seat. Parking is great.

I know it's been a while, but I am still out here on the lookout for a great coffee/tea place. I found another and if are in Everett for any reason, consider stopping by The Milk House Coffee. The service is top notch, the barista (Sophia) that took my order was super friendly, and made a wonderful(!) Pumpkin Spice Vanilla Chai. The sour cherry, chocolate chip cookie was just the right combination of cherry and chocolate, and a great slightly soft consistency - my favorite of the two baked goods I tried. The blueberry scone, while good and the right amount of slightly sweet, was a bit chewy for my taste. The space has lots of natural light due to the windows on one wall (at counter height, so if you want to sit and sip, you have a view outside, even if it is just the parking lot). There is a mix of counter, table and chairs, and cozy chair options, but today the (two) cozy chairs were taken, so I opted not to stay and read my book. I can imagine that with more people, it would be a fairly noisy, lively space, so if that's your thing, you'll feel at home. I prefer a quieter, calmer space for reading while I enjoy my treats, so when I return, I'll continue to take my order to go. I highly recommend a visit - even if you just go for the tea!

Its a cute breakfast place with super quick service and lovely ambiance. We like to go for a morning coffee as its close to our place and the bagels are our favourite!

I really enjoyed my visit here. It's really cute and cozy. They have some unique decor like a wall mural. There was soft music playing. The parking lot is a decent size and I had no problem getting a spot on a weekday afternoon. I had an iced latte with oat milk. It was pretty good. Not bitter and had a nice amount of ice. They had some good looking baked goods, although I didn't try any. The person working was friendly and made our drinks quickly. It took, at most, five minutes to make two iced lattes. I liked that they have a few comfortable chairs that you can sit in for a while. The chairs at the tables look like they might be nice for a bit as well. There were many people working in computers for a while. They have two bathrooms. There is a big garage-like door that was open and a small breeze was coming in. They had a few books and games available.
